Network analyst

As a member of the support team in the IT infrastructure, network analyst plays a technical implementation role in supporting initiatives, evolution, maintenance and the production. Based on the integration teams, he will participate in the realization of the design work in his area of ​​responsibility while ensuring the operational maintenance of existing platforms in production.

Mission
as a network analyst, you will be taken (e) to manage different tasks in your area of ​​expertise:
-. Intervene escalation of second-level diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Make changes in production in the framework of projects, shares of reliability or corrective action incidents
-. Ensure compliance with technical standards in effect at the transaction
-. Facilitating the relationship with suppliers ( equipment operators) and their supporting teams as part of incident management
-. Manage requests, preparation of operations and incident management in u No ITIL environment notably through an ITSM tool
-. Write the various procedures and documentation (architectural drawings, technical presentations ...)
- Participate in the transfer of skills to the teams N1

Profile
You have an experience. infrastructure within a large company and have a good understanding of the different components of an IS (developers teams, teams servers, network teams, trades, customer ...). You are equipped with a CCNA (CCNP a plus) and are sensitized (e) ITIL methodologies and AGILE.
French (spoken and written) is required. English a plus.

Technology
During your mission, you will be taken (e) to support and implement the following technologies
- Type of infrastructure: WAN, MAN, DMZ, LAN USER, DC LAN, WiFi, Software-defined networking, Azure
- protocols: TCP / IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, FabricPath, 802.1x, Spanning-tree
- Equipment: Cisco (IOS / IOS-XE, NX-OS, IOS-XR, AIT free), AVAYA, Citrix (Netscaler), F5 (GTM), ARISTA, NSX, Checkpoint, Polycom, Fortigate
