Job description
Coop Carbone is looking for a Client Relations and Climate Project Financing Officer to join our dynamic and committed team. You will be responsible for drafting service offers (ODS) to support companies in their greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction initiatives. You will also respond to calls for tenders on SEAO, while ensuring administrative follow-up of the project development and design phases. Finally, you will support our clients in their search for funding and the preparation of grant applications.
Responsibilities
- Drafting service offers: Write proposals tailored to businesses and communities, particularly in the context of MRC climate plans and calls for tenders.
- Response to SEAO calls for tenders: Monitor calls on SEAO, prepare responses in collaboration with the team and ensure a compliant submission.
- Support in the search for funding: Guide clients towards relevant grants and programs, while ensuring proactive monitoring of funding programs.
- Administrative management of projects: Coordinate client meetings and support internal teams in developing budgets and submission files.
- Collaboration with the development/marketing team: Support the prospecting, CRM monitoring and implementation of Coop Carbone initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications
- University degree in administration, project management, business development or related field (sustainable management or environmental sciences is an asset).
- Experience in writing service offers, calls for tenders and project management.
- Good knowledge of SEAO processes (updated 2024).
- Experience in preparing grant applications and developing budgets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French required, English is an asset).
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
- Knowledge of standards ISO 14064-1 and 2 (asset).
- Proactivity, autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
