Senior building structure site supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Supervising Technician or a Senior Supervising Building Structure Engineer for a mega hospital project in Montreal. Tasks 

  • Identify and resolve technical problems in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Monitor the activities of companies in residence for a period of 2 years on a major construction site in Quebec. 
  • Produce and monitor detailed construction site activity reports. 
  • Reconcile the quantities of work carried out with the contractor. 
  • Analyze and recommend additional work. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
  • Document the project, issue certificates of conformity, and participate in the creation of final reports and "as-built" plans. 
  • Manage change and deviation requests during the construction phase. realization.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related 
  • At least 10 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in building structures. 
  • Skills in reinforced concrete and experience in the field of consulting engineering. 
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure and familiarity with BIM processes (Navisworks, BIM Track, Bim360). 
  • Extensive knowledge of Quebec and Canadian building codes. 
  • Holder of the ASP construction card, valid driver's license and vehicle available.
