JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Project Manager will have the following responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and supervise all activities related to the products sold, from design to commissioning at the customer's site;
• Review the project description: instructions, data, specifications, budget, schedule, etc;
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and procedures;
• Follow the progress of the work internally and externally with subcontractors and the client;
• Meeting with management on the progress and status of projects;
• Responsible for all technical writing related to its projects (Procedures, operations and maintenance manuals);
• Set up and follow up on the quality file;
• Occasional supervision of installation and commissioning;
• Occasional travel to construction sites in Canada and the United States;
• Preparing the necessary documentation for project invoicing;
• After-sales service and product support.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Requirements :

• College or university degree in a related field;
• Bilingualism, French and English (oral and written);
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts;
• Knowledge of project management techniques;
• Experience on a construction site, in a hydroelectric plant (an asset);
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
