BIM Manager

DPHV is seeking a BIM Manager for a unique, hybrid role, at the heart of our building design team. You will be called upon to supervise and develop BIM practices within the company while managing your own projects as a Revit Structure modeler, in close coordination with other building disciplines.

We are not simply looking for someone capable of coordinating BIM models. We are looking for a builder, someone who wants to help structure processes, develop standards, support teams and become a technical reference within the organization.

Your role:

As a BIM manager, you will be called upon to:

• Develop, maintain and evolve the BIM standards of the company;

• Create and optimize templates, families and production tools;

• Support teams in the application of BIM best practices;

• Coordinate BIM activities on projects and ensure the quality of deliverables;

• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement continue;

• Train, accompany and support employees in developing their skills;

• Coordinate the projects under your responsibility.

Qualifications sought:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination and management;

• Advanced mastery of Revit;

• Good knowledge of collaborative BIM environments and good coordination practices;

• Experience in a consulting engineering firm or multidisciplinary coordination (an asset)

• Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written) (essential)
