Reporting to the President and within the programming team, the Development Team Leader will be involved in various internal and external projects, primarily related to the frappe environment and the ERPNext management software package.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of the various ERPNext installations under our responsibility
- Customize the software package according to our clients' needs
- Develop and implement new features for our clients, us, and the ERPNext community
- Develop and maintain various customized applications related to the Frappe environment
- Provide high-level support in the use of the software package
- Monitor internal and external projects related to the ERPNext management software package
- Contribute to the success of several companies in their daily
Qualifications
- Full-stack developer
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ERPNext/Frappe
- In-depth understanding of the Frappe framework, REST APIs, and web technologies in general
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience with Docker
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune)
- Bilingualism (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Excellent knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Experience with management software packages other than ERPNext
