Job Description

Quality and laboratory supervisor, the HACCP Coordinator will work with different departments to support compliance with the standards, regulations and laws related to the quality control of pigments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that any new procedure, method or work directive complies with the health and safety program;
  • Make sure that the Q control system in accordance with the standards, regulations and laws in force;
  • Supporting food and pharmaceutical grade audits by implementing CAPA in different departments ;
  • Participate in the preparation of monitoring audits / certification ;
  • put in Work Corrective and Preventive Actions to maintain quality standards;
  • work to develop new forms, review standard operation procedures and ensure continuous improvement of methods , procedures or operating instructions for installations ;
  • compiling data related to the production of food grades, critical checkpoints and prpop;
  • Write annual reports (ex: process validation) for food grades ;
  • prepare and dispense Training sessions, followed by SDA training files (food safety);
  • Any other relevant activity for maintaining quality programs /span> "/span> "/li> "/ul> "") ""Profil wanted

    • Collegial or university degree in chemistry , microbiology, food processing or connected;
    • 3 year experience in a food quality / pharmaceutical system;
    • Advanced French level (spoken and written);
    • intermediate English level (spoken and written);
    • KNOWLEDGE ISO 9001, FSSC, CFIA, Health Canada, FDA, other regulations related to food and pharmaceutical industry;
    • HACCP, ISO 22,000, ISO 22 002 and the Food Safety Regulations in Canada;
    • certification internal auditor (an asset).
