This position is fly-in, fly-out 14 -14 . ( voluntary to reside in Fermont (without Fly in/Fly Out) is a major asset)

under the responsibility of the supervisor of the supervisor of the supervisor of the supervisor of the supervisor of the supervisor of Operations, the post holder works in different sectors of the concentrator. In addition, he acts as an agent of change with regard to the following objectives:

  • Health and safety at work
  • Teamwork
  • Productivity and continuous improvement
  • Respect for delivery times

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the listing of your sector's equipment;
  • Do the required inspections in your sector;
  • Report to your supervisor any anomaly in connection with normal operations;
  • Perform the operation from HMI stations;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and good order of your sector;
  • Maintain the equipment of your sector;
  • Adjust equipment in connection with the production and quality of the ore produced;
  • Prepare required equipment for planned stops;
  • Help Mechanics during planned stops;
  • Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications required

  • DEP in ore treatment or a relevant diploma with relevant experience;
  • be skillful with the use of computer systems and software;
  • Demonstrate Manual skills and operate equipment such as: lift, nacelle, bobcat and rolling bridge;
  • have factory experience.
