Your Mandate: Reporting to the Supervisor, Building Management and Prevention, the Building Service Agent is responsible for the logistics, proper functioning, and compliant operation of the Agency's facilities. They also focus on meeting the needs of employees to provide them with a safe and pleasant working environment that adheres to the highest quality standards.

They perform various maintenance tasks across all sites operated by the Agency, such as visual inspections of facilities, maintenance and supply of coffee machines and snack services to employees, welcoming service providers, transferring and distributing mail between sites, routing technical equipment, etc.

Your Challenges:

  • Welcoming service providers during their interventions;
  • Supplying and maintaining commercial coffee machines according to the supplier's recommendations;
  • Purchasing supplies and consumables;
  • Arranging meeting rooms according to specific needs;
  • Conducting visual inspections of facilities (lights, ventilation, plumbing, etc.) and noting anomalies, diagnosing problems, and recommending solutions or actions to be taken;
  • Writing incident reports;
  • Distributing mail between different sites;
  • Issuing access cards according to the Supervisor's directives;
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the work environment;
  • Performing any other related tasks;

Your Profile:

  • Hold a high school diploma;
  • Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance or any other relevant experience;
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have good customer service;
  • Show versatility and have the ability to solve problems and manage unforeseen situations;
  • Be resourceful, autonomous, organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively;
  • Possess a valid driver's license;
  • Be available to respond to emergencies during the day.
