Your mandate:
Relevant of the Supervisor, building management and prevention, the Building Service Agent is responsible for logistics, the proper functioning and proper operation of the Agency's facilities, while remaining attentive to the needs employees in order to offer them a safe and pleasant working environment respecting the highest quality standards.

He/she carries out various maintenance tasks on all of the sites operated by the Agency, such as visual inspections of facilities, maintenance and supply of coffee machines and snack services to employees, reception of service providers, transfer and distribution of mail between sites, delivery of technical equipment, etc.
Your challenges:

  • Welcome service providers during their interventions;
  • Supply commercial coffee machines and ensure their maintenance according to the supplier's recommendations;
  • Purchase supplies and consumables;
  • Arrange meeting rooms according to specific needs;
  • Carry out visual inspections of installations (lights, ventilation, plumbing, etc.) and identify anomalies, diagnose problems and recommend solutions or actions to take;
  • Write incident reports;
  • Carry out mail distribution between the different sites;
  • Issue access cards as directed by the Supervisor;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment;
  • Perform all other related tasks;

Your profile:

  • Have a high school diploma;
  • Cumulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance or any other relevant experience;
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good customer service;
  • Demonstrate versatility and have the ability to solve problems and manage unforeseen events;
  • Be resourceful, autonomous, organized and know how to properly manage your time and priorities;
  • Have a valid driving license;
  • Be available to respond to emergencies during the day;
