We are currently working on major projects such as the Legardeur Hospital, Montreal Airport, Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital, and several other superstructure and street lighting projects.

We are looking for a Project Assistant to join Nicolas's team in the Service Department in Joliette.

Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.

Your mandate, your challenges:

  • Manage all official communications, exchange emails, etc.;
  • File documents;
  • Balance invoices;
  • Invoicing;
  • Schedule work;
  • Answer incoming calls and dispatch service calls;
  • Follow up with customers;
  • Any other related tasks.

Key skills sought:

  • DEP in office automation or any other relevant training;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or dispatch;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Organizational skills and autonomy;
  • Work ethic;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written Writing;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite;
  • Team spirit, discretion, and dynamism.
