Bilingual Personal & Marketing Assistant

Executive & Entrepreneur in the eCommerce space is hiring for a Personal Assistant.  The role will start at half-time (20 hours/week); commitment can increase once the Personal Assistant demonstrates his/her ability to meet objectives.

English fluency is required and at least 50% of the work should be completed in Hipodromo, CDMX, at the home office or community/coworking office of the business owner.

The successful Assistant must have:

•    Proficient English reading, writing and speaking abilities
•    Ability to work in Microsoft Office products
•    Online research abilities
•    Attention to detail
•    Organization & time management skills

Responsibilities for the position will include, but are not limited to:

•    Management of tasks, deadlines & deliverables
•    Reformatting of information from the Internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. into another format
•    Physical & digital filing
•    Assistance with personal errands & to-dos
•    Note-taking & follow-up
•    Some assistance with Google Ads, Facebook Ads or other marketing platforms
•    Online blog research & content organization
•    Influencer marketing outreach assistance
