The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing superior customer service to customers. Responsibilities include assessing the customer needs promptly and efficiently, making product recommendations, providing accurate information regarding the product details, taking sales orders and ensuring that delivery times and information are recorded accurately to ensure that we exceed the customers’ expectations.

 

Duties:

  • As a process equipment designer for biogas treatment plants evaluate and generate key information for all process and commercial related issues for compressors, pumps, microturbines, control valves, instrumentation, and automation/PLC packages.

  • Generated engineering and manufacturing guidelines for sizing and packaging of gas compressors.

    Prepared economical and engineering feasibility studies (CAPEX/OPEX) for different biogas treatment

 

  • Meet sales objectives and serve customers by selecting products we manufacture to help meet their needs.

 

  • Using your time effectively by thinking out of the box to help solve customer’s heating and temperature control needs.

 

  • Required to make sales calls to new and existing customers to maintain relationships and to cultivate additional business;

 

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives as set by manager;

 

  • Communicates effectively with engineering team customers needs and timelines

 

  • Provides product, service or equipment technical information by answering questions and requests.

 

  • Accurately enter quotations and orders into the system

 

  • Responsible for developing and growing the industrial electric heating market through new client contact.

 

  • Studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, purchasers and other professional and technical personnel.

 

  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

 

  • Confirms details of delivery according to scheduled times and commitment dates

 

  • Product Costing for more complicated heating system oriented projects

 

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Minimum Skills Required:

  • • Engineering Degree

Exceptional communication skills in English and French.

  • • 5+ years inside sales experience (industrial sales background an asset)
  • • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
