collaborate closely with our CEO to organize, document and streamline
processes; communicate with team members and external agencies; track
the status of project tasks and assist in meeting deadlines; ensure
day-to-day operations run smoothly; and put out any fires as they
arise.

Job Responsibilities:
*
Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize and manage daily tasks,
ensuring maximum efficiency in business operations.
*
Act as a problem solver, both resolving issues and helping other team
members do the same.
*
Serve as a liaison between internal team members and external
partners, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
*
Represent the company in dealings with external partners (i.e. email
chains & meetings); document findings and determine action items to
delegate to the CEO & team.
*
Complete product research, including but not limited to: keyword
research, new product research and documentation, competitor research
and tracking.
*
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement,
offering recommendations and actively participating in the
implementation of new strategies.
*
Manage company project management tracking tool and various documents,
including the creation and organization of Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs).
*
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, providing
training to team members as needed.

Prior Project Management, Team Leadership and\or Executive Assistant
experience is a bonus
Results:
In the first three months of this role, success means that the CEO has
the support and feels set up for success and understands what is
needed from them. Each week:

All tasks and progress on those tasks is being logged and outstanding
items are followed up on.
*
Information required for decision making is put into a concise manner,
analyzed and recommendations made for next steps so that the CEO can
make quick and efficient decisions on business related tasks.
*
Your unique talents of organization, systems, and follow-through are
brought to the CEO’s life.
*
You have taken ownership to communicate and create a better way if
something does not seem efficient or organized.
Added Qualifications (Not Necessary, but a Plus!):
*
Experience with the backend of Shopify, Amazon FBA, Walmart, eBay,
Etsy
*
Familiarity with Gorgias or other Customer Ticketing Systems
*
Familiarity with Slack and Click Up (or similar Project Management
tools)
*
Experience managing Facebook groups
*
Digital marketing experience
*
Experience in a veterinary and/or health-related field
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than
any prior tech skills! Training will be provided in any tools you are
not familiar with.
