We are currently reviewing candidates to fill the AR/Admin Assistant Role who excel in both a team and individual basis. You will perform in a rapidly changing and growing environment, within the parameters of established hi-quality processes and expedient delivery schedule.
Salary: Annual $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
Vacation: 2-3 weeks (depending on experience) + 3 days Christmas (Banked Time) Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 PM (30 Min Lunch) _ Work Week 40 Hours on site Location: LaSalle, 7741 Cordner moving to Kirkland, Hymus Blvd in 2025
Duties and Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Process client payments; credit card, wire, direct deposit, Etransfers, cash, check and Paypal
Process and enter invoices, receipts and customer statements
Collections; track all accounts receivable and perform daily follow ups on amounts due;
Verify payment terms for all customer orders prior to production and release orders for shipping per company policies Process customer credit applications and determine Terms per company policies
Monthly tracking of accrued deferred revenues
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, electronic and physical
Administration
Answer and screen incoming calls, take and distribute messages, manage phone lines;
Responsible for providing direct administrative and office management support to all departments in the company;
Basic Requirements:
Preffered 5 years’ experience in accounting in manufacturing company Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English) Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
High initiative and resourcefulness
Proven organizational skills
Experience using ERP/or Accounting Software
