Full job description

Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the Receptionist will take room reservations, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, promote and sell hotel products and services, process incoming emails, provide information information about hotel services, tourist attractions in the area, restaurants and essential services outside the hotel, perform various office tasks necessary for the operation of hotel operations, as well as manage the customer complaints. The receptionist must provide unparalleled customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Level of studies: High school diploma (general) DES, completed

Description of skills:

  • At least one year of customer service experience;
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and great autonomy are essential;
  • Knowledge and use of computer systems Windows, Excel, Word, Internet & Outlook.;
  • Knowledge of Hotello software an asset;
  • Training in hospitality and/or experience in the preferred field;
  • Knowledge of the immediate region and tourist points of interest

Spoken and written languages: French and English

Miscellaneous conditions:

  • Possibility of daytime (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.), evening (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) numbers on weekdays and weekends.

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
