Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the Receptionist will take room reservations, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, promote and sell hotel products and services, process incoming emails, provide information information about hotel services, tourist attractions in the area, restaurants and essential services outside the hotel, perform various office tasks necessary for the operation of hotel operations, as well as manage the customer complaints. The receptionist must provide unparalleled customer service.

Level of studies: High school diploma (general) DES, completed
