Pipefitter – FIFO 14/14 Rotation

About the Position

MineOps is seeking a Pipefitter to join a team working at a mining site located in Nunavut. The successful candidate will be involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment associated with the site's surface infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems
• Perform building mechanical maintenance work
• Install, modify, and maintain kitchen equipment
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and repair piping and mechanical systems
• Follow all applicable health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Pipefitter certification (mandatory)
• Relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or mining environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Working Conditions

• FIFO rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
• Travel hub: Mirabel or Val-d'Or
• Mining site located in Nunavut
• Surface infrastructure environment
