Artemis Recruitment is looking for a Client Services Coordinator for one of its clients in the commercial furniture sector, located in Ottawa. Permanent position, collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Schedule: 8:30AM to 4:30PM, 30min lunch break – 37.5 hours/week
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000/year
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding daily project updates and inquiries
• Support sales representatives during client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs as needed
• Coordinate deliveries, warehousing, and installations with logistics and operations teams
• Communicate with installation partners to confirm site readiness and manpower needs
• Monitor schedules and proactively identify risks or delays
• Manage multiple commercial furniture projects simultaneously from order to final delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including purchase orders and change follow-ups
• Review vendor invoices and ensure alignment with client billing
Requirements:
• College or technical diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial furniture, design, or construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
• Team player with professionalism and accountability
• Client-oriented mindset
