Your daily life:

• Ensure the management of various multidisciplinary and continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing)
• Plan and implement productivity and process improvements
• Analyze and plan production flows and work methods
• Perform time and motion studies and identify optimization opportunities
• Generate work instructions
• Identify tooling needs to facilitate operations
• Train staff in continuous improvement techniques

General conditions:

• Workplace: Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec
• Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR 4 days/week
• Salary: From $31.10/hour

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• Sense of organization
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Autonomy
• Mastery of Office tools
