Head Physiotherapist
We are looking for a Head Physiotherapist who wants to play a key role in a private clinic. Your main responsibilities
- Develop and structure the physiotherapy department, including the implementation of clinical protocols and post-operative care pathways
- Provide team leadership: recruitment, coaching, mobilization, and resource management
- Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery
- Ensure Clinical follow-ups, treatment progress, and adherence to professional standards
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical teams while contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of care
Desired Profile:
- University degree in physiotherapy.
- Member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (Quebec Order of Physiotherapists).
- Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in physiotherapy, ideally in a post-operative rehabilitation setting (orthopedics – a major asset).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, coordination, or team leadership.
- Valid first aid and CPR certification.
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
