Occupational Therapist/Owner

Your main responsibilities
- Structure, organize, and develop the clinic's services; define clinical protocols and post-operative care pathways.
- Recruit, coach, and support the team; organize resources and foster a collaborative environment and Professional.
- Evaluate patients, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, ensure post-operative follow-up, and collaborate with surgeons.
- Implement professional standards, contribute to quality initiatives, and optimize clinical practices.
- Establish indicators, monitor results, and participate in the department's strategic planning.
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ)
- Strong interest in private clients covered by CNESST and SAAQ insurance
- Opportunity to receive training in mental health (even without experience)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment
- Bilingual French/English: a major asset
