Our client, located in Toronto, is seeking competent, and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives willing to work on rotating schedules within a 24/ call center.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a call center or a similar customer service role;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, on a five-day-per-week basis, with some flexibility to accommodate additional hours or days as required;
- Successfully obtain a Reliability Status Clearance;
- Provide 2 professional references.
Responsibilities
- Engage in both inbound and outbound transactions, utilizing electronic and telephonic communication methods;
- Provide assistance to government departments nationwide in addressing a diverse range of facilities-related matters.

The conditions
- In-person;
- Full-time;
- Schedule: Rotating (8-hour shifts), from Monday to Sunday (5 days per week) with the possibility of shorter or longer shifts or even working a 6th day per week;
- Entry-level salary: $23/hour with a yearly progressive salary.
