You will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and processing orders, and selling products to our clientele. Among other tasks, your responsibilities will include:
Taking orders by phone or email;
Confirming orders and notifying customers in case of any changes;
Establishing professional and cordial contact with customers and staying attentive to their expectations;
Providing relevant information to the purchasing department if market trends change;
Responding to customer calls as needed;
Preparing quotations and following up on them;
Entering data into the computer system and CRM.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Specific training in customer service; Fluent in spoken and written French; Fluent in spoken and written English (essential)*; *Fluency in spoken and written English is required as the holder of this position will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with clients outside Quebec. Knowledge of CRM systems and practices (an asset); Strong ability to work both in a team and autonomously; Knowledge of the fire protection and/or plumbing industry (an asset).
