By joining us as a Technical Sales Representative, you'll become part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company specializing in fire protection. Your work will enable the company to adequately meet the demands of its clientele and provide technical support. Among your responsibilities will be:

  • Developing the targeted market in accordance with the company's mission and image.
  • Planning weekly appointments with potential clients.
  • Participating in sales planning and developing a sales program.
  • Developing and maintaining a loyal customer base by providing excellent service.
  • Acting as a consultant to clients and the team.
  • Using the HubSpot CRM platform to record all activities.
  • Analyzing sales problems and statistics and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Developing and effectively implementing the sales strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

If you are customer service-oriented and want to contribute to the business development of our company, this position is for you! The qualifications we are looking for include:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and market development in the fire protection industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required as the incumbent will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with clients outside Quebec.
  • Strong ability to read plans and specifications.
  • Interpersonal interaction skills, leadership ability, and teamwork collaboration.
  • Ability to quickly learn computer tools (manufacturing software, CRM, inventory, etc.).
  • Execution speed, organizational skills, and time management are desirable.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and courtesy.
  • Strong ability to work both in a team and independently.
