Construction works superintendent

We are looking for a person for a construction superintendent position, for a permanent full-time position.

The person will help the team to monitor and manage the ongoing construction project, and occasionally construction tasks.

Typical tasks may include:

Superintendent

• Monitoring work on project sites
• Coordination with contractors
• Purchase, reception and budget control for the purchase of construction equipment
• Sending, receiving and distributing internal and external mail
• Preparation of correspondence, form
• Miscellaneous carpentry work

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in this field
