JOB OFFER – METAL STRUCTURE INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a motivated and rigorous metal structure installation technician to join our team for a permanent, full-time position.

Your Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and secure metal structures according to engineering plans

• Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and specifications

• Check alignment, levels, and fit of parts

• Use lifting equipment (crane, hoist, etc.) to position elements

• Perform welding or bolting as needed

• Work in compliance with construction site safety standards

• Collaborate with the construction team, supervisors, and foremen

• Participate in equipment maintenance and storage

Required profile

• Vocational studies diploma (DEP) in metal structure assembly, metal carpentry, or a related field

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Ability to read construction plans

• Good physical condition and tolerance for Working at Height

• ASP Construction card (required)

• Competency card (CCQ) an asset

• Knowledge of lifting and measuring tools

• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
