Customer Service/Administration Agent
Work Location: Montreal (in-person)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $20 to $30/hour, depending on experience
About the Position:
We are looking for a bilingual customer service and administration agent to join our dynamic team located in the Montreal region. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, while supporting administrative operations and data management.
This position is ideal for a versatile, organized individual with a strong customer focus and a keen interest in business IT systems.
Main Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently

Provide quality customer service and follow up on requests

Enter and update data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, etc.)

Prepare, correct, and send administrative documents (purchase orders, invoices, reports, etc.) etc.)

Coordinate internal and external communications

Collaborate with the sales, accounting, and operations teams

Perform basic accounting tasks (invoicing, payment tracking, etc.)

Manage client files and ensure confidentiality of information
Requirements:

Relevant experience in customer service and/or administration

Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)

Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.)

Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written

Knowledge of Spanish is an asset

Basic knowledge of accounting (important asset)

Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and good priority management

Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
