We are looking for a new cook to integrate the functions of cook at the Drummondville hotel. The kitchen meets the needs of the 28 meeting and banquet rooms.

This is a permanent full-time position, mainly during the day, 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days scheduled from Sunday to Saturday according to operational needs.

In this position, you will be able to use your creativity and you will be called upon to perform the following tasks:

  • Perform the mise en place and prepare the station;
  • Assist in the preparation of vegetables and condiments;
  • Prepare the products on the plate quickly and carefully during service to meet orders;
  • Master breakfasts, dinners and banquet set-up;
  • Return all unused food items to cold rooms or the pantry while respecting hygiene rules in force;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and the equipment used according to established procedures;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
