Independent personnel recruitment agent

Are you a dynamic, independent and proactive person and want to join our superb agency? We are currently looking for an independent recruiting agent for a part-time, remote position.

The recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle: Coordinate and implement the external recruitment process and the selection of personnel in various sectors.

Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, our future colleague will be called upon to:

  • Advertise and distribute postings on various platforms
  • Find talent
  • Pre-screen through telephone interviews
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and exams
  • Carry out the welcome and integration of new employees
  • Search for potential candidates on various platforms
  • Approach and maintain a relationship with candidates on the platforms
  • Perform pre-employment checks and employment contracts

Profile

  • Training: DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent training
  • Knowledge or experience in recruitment
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

What we offer you

  • A 100% telework position
  • Flexible schedule, work according to your schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Earn between 20K to 40K in commission, from the first year and more than 50K in commission in the second year
  • Possibility of having an additional base salary of a bonus, depending on performance
