Machinist
We are looking for a versatile machinist, the machinist adjusts and operates different types of CNC and conventional machines to shape metal according to plans and specifications, while respecting established procedures and quality and safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing plans;
- Assemble (set-up), adjust and operate various CNC machine tools (milling machines);
- Know how to use measuring instruments;
- Ensure the quality of the parts produced by performing a visual and dimensional observation of the parts;
- Complete the various production and quality reports;
- See to the good general maintenance of the machine and the workstation;
- Contribute to teamwork by making suggestions for improvement ;
- Any other related tasks.
