Are you a dynamic, independent and proactive person and want to join our superb recruitment agency? We are currently looking for an independent recruiting agent for a part-time, remote position.
The recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle: Coordinate and implement the external recruitment process and the selection of personnel in various sectors.
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, our future colleague will be called upon to:
- Advertise and distribute postings on various platforms
- Find talent
- Pre-screen through telephone interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and exams
- Carry out the welcome and integration of new employees
- Search for potential candidates on various platforms
- Approach and maintain a relationship with candidates on the platforms
- Perform pre-employment checks and employment contracts
Profile
- Training: DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent training
- Knowledge or experience in recruitment
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
What we offer you

- Flexible schedule, work according to your schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Earn between 25K to 40K in commission, from the first year and more than 50K in commission in the second year
