Road Service Technician/Electromechanic

We are looking for a Field Service Technician/Electromechanic, for a permanent full-time position

Your main tasks will be

• Ensure the maintenance and reliability of our customers' Chicago Pneumatic products, as well as equipment from other brands, and advise them on the general operation of their machines and on maintenance needs
• Commission new equipment and efficiently diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment.
• Support our local customer base and optimize the use of time.
• Proudly represent the CAE Group image during customer contacts
• Manage daily administrative tasks by ensuring that timesheets and work orders are properly completed.

Your skills

• You have obtained a certification in one of the following fields: Electromechanic (DEP) or you have similar knowledge/experience in mechanics.
• You can communicate in French, both written and oral, and you have basic knowledge of English
• You have a valid driver's license
• You have good customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in maintaining compressed air equipment would be an asset
