We are looking for an Independent Sales Representative to join our team! You will help solve clients' recruitment challenges and propose solutions to increase the company’s production.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing clients.
- Prospect and contact potential clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the set deadlines.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Schedule follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of the latest developments.
- Create sales materials to present to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (phone & email), customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
What We Offer:

- Flexible working hours – work whenever you want, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- High earning potential:
- Earn between $25,000 and $50,000 in commissions in the first year.
- Over $60,000 in commissions in the second year.
- More than $75,000 per year in subsequent years.
- Possibility of a base salary plus bonuses, based on performance.
