JOB SUMMARY
The laser operator position operates the machine used to cut sheet metal or other light metal parts or products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Download the program to the server and install it on the machine's computer;
- Read the plan;
- Check the pieces of metal using precision tools and make the appropriate modifications, if necessary;
- Launch production, following the check;
- Install the sheets on the machine;
- Carry out maintenance and cleaning of the machine;
- Deduct the material used;
- Clean up your workspace; work;
- Participate in taking inventory.
- Check the material received for finishing.
- Complete the documents for quality (ISO).
- Arrange the parts properly on the pallets for shipping
- To help or support another member of the organization who is absent or during peak periods, assume all related tasks
SKILL PROFILES AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Training/ Experience/ Certification
- Diploma of professional studies (DEP) in sheet metal or equivalent
- Minimum experience 1 to 3 years
