We are currently looking for a carpenter-joiner, for a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate must have a strong background in construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:The installer will be responsible for several tasks, including:

  • Taking the necessary measurements to prepare plans
  • Installing fiberglass and aluminum railings and flooring
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager in their tasks
  • Ensuring that building material orders are placed on time
  • Maintaining and servicing installation equipment
  • Managing installer tools
  • Any other related tasks
  • Performing manual work in collaboration with a work crew under your responsibility.
  • Ensuring the quality of work
  • Managing operational issues and the materials required for each installation
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of Construction sites

The profile we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction field (roofing, siding installation, carpentry)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Initiative and thorough in their work
  • Good physical condition
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Comfortable with customer service

Job type: Full-time (April to December)

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
