We are looking for a talented and motivated Machinist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on conventional machines while assisting the MIG welding team on a variety of materials, primarily steel and aluminum.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up conventional machine tools (lathes, milling machines, etc.) with precision and efficiency.
- Perform high-quality MIG welds on steel and aluminum parts, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications to produce parts that meet requirements.
- Perform quality checks on machined and welded parts, ensuring high production standards.
- Sheet metal cutting machine (SHEAR)
- Sheet metal bending
- Ease of assembly Mechanical
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
- Collaborate closely with the team to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant training in machining and/or welding.
- Significant experience in MIG welding (steel and aluminum).
- Extensive knowledge of conventional machinery.
- Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
- Attention to detail and meeting production deadlines.
