To support our growth, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and optimize the daily operations of the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a production team (operators, day laborers, etc.)

  • Schedule daily tasks according to production priorities

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety procedures

  • Resolve production issues in real time and provide effective solutions

  • Collaborate with the maintenance, quality, and logistics departments

  • Train new employees and ensure a positive work environment. Work

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce production reports

Required profile

  • DEP, DEC, or diploma in industrial engineering, manufacturing production, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of team supervision experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Engaging leadership and good communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Good computer skills (ERP, Excel, etc.)

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (SST)

  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset depending on the sector
