Main Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Company Manager, the successful candidate's main tasks will be:
- Prepare, initiate, and coordinate site work;
- Organize and manage multidisciplinary work teams (foremen, electricians, fitters, etc.);
- Monitor and plan project completion on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the budget and schedule;
- Place initial purchase orders and prepare subcontracts;
- Verify compliance of work with plans and specifications, as well as measurements and quantities;
- Conduct correspondence with clients and subcontractors during the execution of work and when requesting payment;
- Establish and maintain relationships with the various project stakeholders and Participate in meetings;
- Prepare monthly invoices, identify additional work, and monitor them;
- Draft work methods, ensure compliance with and implementation of the company's OHS and environmental prevention program;
- Perform any other related tasks at the manager's request.
Requirements:
- Training in civil engineering, project management, or other related fields;
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience on major construction projects;
- Be an independent, resourceful, organized individual with good analytical skills who enjoys working in a team with attention to detail;
- Easily manages multiple tasks, pressure, and priorities, and is a skilled communicator;
- Read plans, estimate costs, and comply with deadlines and exemplary leadership;
- Excellent proficiency with the Office Suite, including Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Posses a valid Class 5 driver's license and an ASP construction card.
