As a maintenance worker, you will contribute to the maintenance, plumbing, painting, and operation of the building.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain the premises in good condition and cleanliness (interior and exterior);
- Renovate the accommodations, including painting, plastering, etc. ;
- Perform basic plumbing work;
- Perform basic carpentry work;
- Perform basic electrical work;
- Clean, strip, and wax hallways;
- Take out trash;
- Meet residents' occasional needs;
- Perform any other related tasks requested by the manager.
