Job Offer – Construction Estimator / Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Specializing in exterior waterproofing work, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and rigorous individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for waterproofing, structural reinforcement, crack repair, coating, and caulking projects

• Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of work

• Interact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and construction standards. quality

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating in the construction field

• Good knowledge of waterproofing materials and techniques

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Fluency in spoken and written French (English is an asset, but not required)

Conditions of work

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Salary: Starting at $30.00/hour, depending on experience
