The building maintenance attendant is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of buildings.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure basic maintenance and the proper functioning of various systems such as electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, air conditioning, ventilation, and compressors.
- Carry out minor renovations and repairs such as painting, plastering, plumbing, ceramics, and carpentry.
- Repair and maintain buildings and facilities on a daily basis.
- Ensure the interior and exterior maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Hold a vocational diploma in building maintenance (an asset).
- Hold a competency card in one or more construction-related fields (an asset).
- Knowledge of electricity is essential.
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
- Hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record. driving.
