YOUR DUTIES:Reporting to the Team Supervisor, you will:

  • Start and stop production according to established schedules and procedures
  • Check, monitor, and make necessary corrections to extruder parameters to achieve compliance and quality standards
  • Ensure adequate raw material supply to the lines
  • Conduct required quality control tests
  • Complete production control reports
  • Be able to assist and sometimes train less experienced operators
  • Occasionally support employees assigned to other positions in the department

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have experience as an extruding machine setter or operator
  • You have good mechanical logic
  • You are able to perform basic mathematics, use measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers), and understand technical drawings
  • You are in good physical condition
  • You are independent and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You know how to adapt your work pace to production requirements
  • You have basic computer skills
  • You are a good communicator and enjoy teamwork

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Work 14 days a month!
  • Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts every 2 weeks (day/night rotation) (mandatory)
  • 2-3-2 schedule; 42 hours/week (work every other weekend)
  • Extended holiday break and closure during construction holidays

SALARY

  • $21.06 to $32.41 per hour + $5.15 night premium
  • Attendance premium of $2.25 per hour from May to September on scheduled weekends
