Salary: $80,000 to $150,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems for construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
Perform heat load and ventilation calculations
Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Participate in interdisciplinary coordination with other building professionals
Provide technical support during construction work
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building mechanics
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trace)
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location of Residence:
The candidate can be based in Quebec City or Montreal. Occasional travel to Boucherville is expected.
