We are looking for an experienced carpentry foreman to take charge of the daily management of our construction sites. The selected candidate will work closely with the owner and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met, quality workmanship is maintained, and site safety is maintained.

Required Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter or foreman in the construction industry
Valid CCQ competency card (journeyman or apprentice)
Good ability to read and interpret plans
Organizational skills, natural leadership, autonomy, and teamwork
Valid driver's license and mobility depending on the project

Main Responsibilities

Supervise work on construction sites and manage on-site teams
Plan project phases, assign tasks, and ensure compliance deadlines
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material delivery
Ensure compliance with quality standards, plans and specifications, as well as CNESST regulations
Actively participate in resolving technical issues on site
Communicate effectively with clients, professionals, and project partners
