Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Customer Service

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative support and customer service, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person

Respond to requests for information and direct calls to the appropriate people

Support the sales, technical, and production teams with administrative tasks

Manage internal documents: invoicing, purchase orders, reports, emails, etc.

Enter data into internal systems (ERP, CRM)

Coordinate shipments and follow-ups with customers and suppliers

Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes
Requirements
-
Degree in administration, office automation, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service position

Bilingualism (French and English) essential, both oral and written

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and versatility

Professional and focused attitude client
Strengths

Experience in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) sector

Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
