Our growing company in the doors and windows industry is looking for a dynamic, professional, and motivated Sales Representative to serve the Greater Montreal area. We offer superior quality products to residential and commercial clients, including contractors, architects, and designers.
Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, closing sales, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Your role will also involve representing the company professionally to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities

Meet with customers at home, at work, or at our branch;

Understand and analyze specific door and window needs;

Offer customized solutions and prepare quotes;

Maintain good relationships with existing and Develop new opportunities;

Work in collaboration with the internal team (logistics, installation, customer service);

Participate in project monitoring and communications with partners (architects, designers, etc.).
Required profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in the doors and windows industry or a related sector is a major asset);

Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing;

Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills;

Autonomous, organized, Results- and solution-oriented;

Proficiency with IT tools, knowledge of CRM (an asset);

Valid driver's license;

Available to work some evenings and weekends, as needed.
Conditions and Benefits

Competitive base salary: between $45,000 and $75,000 depending on experience + commissions;
