We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform day to day and emergency service on plumbing systems in high-rise residential apartment buildings and commercial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Trouble-shoot, service, and maintain plumbing lines.
  • Maintain and repair circulating pump.
  • Identify and address plumbing problems in high-rise apartment buildings, industrial & commercial properties.
  • Clear blocked drains of various sizes using drain machines.
  • Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures (tub & showers, taps, toilets, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot & resolve problems w/ potable water and/or drain piping in high-rise buildings, industrial & commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve problems w/circulating & sump pumps in high-rise building & commercial properties.
  • CCTV pipe inspections and camera
  • Install, service, and maintain backflow prevention devices - Not required, but would be a plus.
  • 24-hour on-call emergency service when scheduled
  • Prepare service work orders for office.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 306A Plumbing License - Up to date - Required
  • Class G Ontario Driver's License - Up to date - clean driving record – Abstract Required
  • Backflow license - Up to date - not required – Preferred
  • Background Check - Required
  • High rise experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Holidays, On call, Overtime, Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Plumbing - minimum 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Ontario G-class driver's license
  • 306A Plumbing license.
