Customer Service Clerk (SAP)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer communications, coordinating service requests, and updating information in our SAP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer emails.

  • Update customer files in SAP software.

  • Answer incoming calls for services, parts, and scheduling appointments for technicians and servo programmers.

  • Follow up on programming and service calls.

  • Track quotes in SAP for the Service and Programming departments.

  • Maintain reports. Technicians and programmers in SAP.

  • Complete, save, and transmit the required customs documents to managers, while ensuring the correct transportation choice (UPS or FedEx) according to the customer's purchase order.

  • Manage the integration, tracking, and control of all purchase orders (POs) for parts and service calls.

Required profile:

  • DEP in administration, office automation, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service.

  • Proficiency with an ERP system, SAP is an asset.

  • Knowledge of Spanish, a strong asset.

  • Basic knowledge of electromechanics, a valued asset.

  • Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
