Here's what we offer:

• Start date: as soon as possible;
• Job type: Full-time;
• Schedule: 40 hours per week;
• Hourly salary between $27.74 and $35.89 depending on experience;
• Vacation according to the policy in effect;

The responsibilities associated with the position consist of:

• Coordinating, directing and controlling the work while physically participating in the work;
• Ensuring that the personnel of the team assigned to him are trained in the proper use of the required pieces of equipment, as well as in the application of efficient and safe work methods;
• Being responsible for the choice of work methods, equipment and materials, in order to ensure the productivity of the work;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies;
• Proceeding with the purchase of the equipment necessary for maintenance and repair;
• Receiving complaints and ensuring their management;
• Recommend any measure likely to improve the quality of the work performed;
• Assist management in planning work and carrying out projects.
• Carry out any other related task.

Requirements and skills sought:

• Possess a class 3 driver's license;
• Possess experience in personnel management (an asset);
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity and carpentry;
• Knowledge of valve handling and repairs to a water supply network;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Good physical capacity;
• Autonomy, sense of initiative, rigor and sense of planning;
• Machinery skills card (an asset);
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset);
• Experience in snow removal of roads (an asset);
